G2 갈등으로 인해 한국에게 인도의 중요성은 더욱 높아지고 있습니다. 양국은 제조업을 토대로 경제적 교류를 도모하면서, 이를 서비스업과 문화산업 등으로 교류를 확대하고 있습니다. 한국은 인도를 Next China 시장으로 확신하며, 여러 투자 가능성을 타진하고 있습니다. 이를 위해 인도에 대한 경제적, 사회적, 문화적 이해는 필수 요소입니다.

우리 학회는 인도뿐만 아니라 남아시아지역의 경영, 경제, 사회문화적 협력을 원하는 사람들에게 지역전문가다운 면모를 갖추도록 교량의 역할을 하는 장입니다. 따라서 여기에서는 인도를 포함한 남아시아지역의 기업경영, 경제, 사회, 문화 각 분야의 전문가들이 모여 현대적 이슈를 분석하고, 사회문화의 씨줄과 날줄을 분석합니다. 이를 통해 다층적 사회인 인도 및 주변 국가들에 대한 이해를 높이고 문화적 거리를 좁힘으로써 양국의 경제, 사회문화적 교류를 용이하게 만드는 것이 우리 학회의 목적입니다. 우리 학회는 산관학 융합을 토대로 전문가적 지식을 구축함으로써 인도를 포함한 남아시아 사회를 총체적으로 이해할 수 있도록 노력할 것입니다. 그리고 기존의 학문적 스타일의 논문 뿐만 아니라 현장전문가들의 진정한 목소리를 담고있는 글들도 과감히 받아들이는 오픈 포럼형태의 학회가 되고자 합니다. 정부 및 학계 뿐만 아니라 현장에 계신 전문가들의 활발한 참여를 환영합니다. 감사합니다.

Due to the G2 conflict, the importance of India to Korea is increasing. While promoting economic exchange based on the manufacturing industry, the two countries are expanding exchanges to the service industry and the cultural industry. Korea is convinced that India is the Next China market and is exploring various investment possibilities. To this end, economic, social and cultural understanding of India is essential.

The Association serves as a bridge for those who want to become a regional expert in seeking business, economic, and socio-cultural cooperation not only in India but also in South Asia. Therefore, experts in management, economy, society, and culture in South Asia, including India, gather here to discuss contemporary issues and analyze the wefts and warps of society and culture. Through these, the purpose of the Association is to facilitate economic, socio-cultural exchanges between the said-countries by enhancing understanding of India and neighboring countries, which are a multi-layered society, and narrowing the cultural distance. The Association will strive to comprehensively understand South Asian society, including India, by building expert knowledge based on the convergence of industry, government, and academia. In addition, we want to become a society in the form of open-forum that boldly accepts not only papers in the existing academic style, but also articles containing the true voice of experts in the field.
